We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Design Digitizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embroidery design and digitization, with a passion for turning artwork into high-quality embroidery files. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with designers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digitization: Convert artwork and designs into digitized embroidery files using specialized software (e.g., Wilcom).
  • Design Development: Collaborate with designers to create and modify embroidery designs that meet client specifications and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Review and test embroidery designs to ensure accuracy, stitch quality, and overall aesthetics before final production.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to production teams regarding the best practices for embroidery techniques and materials.
  • Research and Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in embroidery design and technology to continually improve skills and services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in embroidery digitization or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in embroidery digitizing software.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality in design execution.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and adapt designs to meet various styles and client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs50,000.00 per month
