
International Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager – Minerals (Chromite, Iron Ore) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on export experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage international clients and consignments with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
As International Sales Manager (Minerals), you will be responsible for driving exports, managing global clients and ensuring smooth operations across sales, quality and logistics.
- Identify and develop new prospective customers in target international markets.
- Approach international clients (Cliners approach) and build long-term business relationships.
- Oversee quality assurance management to ensure product standards meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with shipping agents and logistics partners for timely and efficient consignments.
- Manage end-to-end consignment handling, documentation and compliance.
- Maintain strong customer retention by providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven export sales experience in Minerals (Chromite, Iron Ore preferred).
- Strong command of English (written & spoken) with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of international trade practices, shipping and logistics.
- Lahore-based candidate preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80, Rs130,000.00 per month
