Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Lahore District for a Sales Operation Manager. The Sales Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include analyzing sales data, optimizing operational processes, managing customer service activities, and communicating effectively with sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry is a plus
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
