IMPORT EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITIES AWAIT IN LAHORE

As a rapidly expanding company, we're looking for Import Executive who is responsible for managing and coordinating all import-related activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. This includes handling documentation, liaising with customs and clearing agents, ensuring compliance with import regulations, and maintaining supplier communication.

Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end import operations including documentation, coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs agents.

· Prepare and review import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and other related forms.

· Track shipments to ensure timely arrival and clearance at ports.

· Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, accounts, warehouse) for smooth handling of imported goods.

· Ensure compliance with government regulations, customs laws and import/export policies.

· Negotiate and manage freight and clearing costs with vendors and service providers.

· Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and prepare reports for management.

· Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.

· Resolve import-related issues including shipment delays, discrepancies or document errors.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in import/export operations.

· Strong understanding of import procedures, customs clearance and international trade regulations.

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.

· Strong coordination and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

· Knowledge of import documentation and correspondence with government departments.
