Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Shopify Custom Theme Developer to join our team and help create visually stunning and high-performing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Shopify theme development, a keen eye for design, and the ability to customize and optimize themes to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes based on project requirements.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and user-friendly across all devices.
  • Collaborate with the design team to bring mockups and wireframes to life.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify stores.
  • Integrate third-party apps and APIs into Shopify stores as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify updates, Liquid code advancements, and e-commerce trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with expertise in custom theme development.
  • Proficient in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with Shopify apps and API integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug Shopify themes.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A portfolio of past Shopify projects or themes is mandatory.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Shopify Plus.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for Shopify stores.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
