We're looking for a
Senior/Lead CMS Developer
with strong expertise in
WordPress and Shopify
to lead projects, manage teams, and ensure high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee CMS projects (WordPress & Shopify) from planning to deployment.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure project alignment.
  • Develop custom WordPress themes/plugins and Shopify apps/customizations.
  • Manage end-to-end eCommerce builds, including payment gateways, shipping, and third-party integrations.
  • Optimize websites for speed, security, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Work closely with developers to manage tasks and maintain seamless workflows.
  • Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS advancements.

Requirements

  • Strong communication abilities, including proficiency in English.
  • 3+ years of professional WordPress & Shopify development experience.
  • Proven track record of leading projects or managing development teams.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify Plus, and third-party app integrations.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with hosting environments, cPanel, and deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
