An international company requires the services of

a professional Control Room Operator.

An ideal candidate with the following skills would suit the role:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in English.

  • Excellent telephone manners and call handling skills.

  • Excellent customer inquiries and complaints handling skills.

  • Advanced/proficient IT skills

  • Word, Excel, emails, and database knowledge.

  • Candidates living locally to the office would be preferred.

  • Positive work ethics and attitude are a must.

  • Teamwork as well as independent decision-making skills.

  • Committed, focused, and positive thinker.

  • Candidates with the ability to handle work professionally, even under pressure

would be preferred.

  • Duties involve shift work on a weekly rota basis.

  • Each shift is 12 hours long, making a total of 60 hours per week.

  • Shifts will include DAYS, NIGHTS and WEEKENDS as per the weekly rota.

  • 14 days paid annual holiday allowance.

  • Salary starts from Rs 55,000/-

  • Salary increments and promotions will be considered depending on consistent

professional performance throughout.

Salary can be up to : From Rs 58,000.00 per calendar month.

Education: Minimum Intermediate, higher qualification would be preferred.

Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).

Computer Systems / IT - (Microsoft: 1 year (Required).

Call Centre / Control Room: 1 year (Required).

Language: English (fluency in written and spoken is required).

Knowledge of other languages will be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs58,000.00 per month
