  • Prepare export quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.
  • Manage documentation including Form-E, BL, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
  • Maintain CRM and export sales records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with international trade trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in export or sales (minerals or manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and procedures (Form-E, customs, LC, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
