The Sales Operations Officer will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing processes, analyzing sales data, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and optimizing the efficiency of sales operations. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales data, records, and reports in CRM/ERP systems.
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Ensure timely coordination between sales, supply chain, finance, and customer service departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting for smooth product availability.
- Develop and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Handle client queries, resolve operational issues, and provide after-sales support where needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.
- Support management in implementing new tools, systems, or strategies for sales growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
