Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections of solar PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical systems.
  • Perform on-site testing, commissioning, and verification to ensure systems meet company and international standards.
  • Identify defects, non-conformities, and propose corrective/preventive actions.
  • Maintain detailed quality assurance documentation and inspection reports.
  • Support installation teams with technical guidance to ensure best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV quality control, inspection, or commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of PV modules, inverters, wiring, and protection systems.
  • Familiarity with international standards (IEC, ISO) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
