We are looking for a Lead Generation & Conversion Manager who can bring quality leads, convert them into clients, and help us achieve our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, cold emails, and other platforms.
- Build and manage a strong prospect list.
- Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the business development team to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation and sales conversion (preferably in a Web development and design industry).
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in night shift.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
