Role Description:

This is a
full-time, on-site
position based in
Karachi
.

The
SQA Specialist
will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality, performance, and functionality of software products. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, identify and document bugs, and ensure a seamless user experience across all releases.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute
    test plans
    ,
    test cases
    , and
    test scenarios
    based on project requirements.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
    .
  • Identify, log, and track defects to resolution, ensuring timely fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to verify and validate product features.
  • Communicate effectively with
    clients
    to gather feedback and clarify testing outcomes.

Experience with
test automation tools
is a plus, but not a primary requirement for this position.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years
    of hands-on experience in
    Software Quality Assurance
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    QA processes, methodologies, and testing principles
    .
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with
    SDLC
    and
    testing lifecycle
    concepts.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    .
  • Experience with
    automated testing tools
    (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright) will be considered a plus.
