LAPS School Franchise Head Office urgently requires a highly competitive Curriculum Developer for the subjects of Urdu, Islamiyat & Pak Studies for its Curriculum Development Wing.

JDs:

  • To design, develop, and update curriculum, learning materials, and assessments that align with educational standards, institutional goals, and learners' needs.
  • Create engaging learning materials, resources, and digital content to support teaching and learning.
  • Develop assessment tools (quizzes, tests, projects, rubrics) to evaluate student learning outcomes.
  • Review and update curriculum periodically to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Integrate modern teaching methodologies, instructional design principles, and educational technology.
  • Conduct training sessions for teachers/instructors on curriculum implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum through feedback, learner performance, and classroom observations.
  • Stay updated with new trends in pedagogy, instructional design, and education policy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogy, and instructional design.
  • 9th & 10th Board Specialist
  • Can compose Urdu in Inpage/MS Word

Qualification:

  • Masters in relevant subject with B.Ed/M.Ed preferably

Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience of a reputed school
