‎About the Role:

‎We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our Truck Dispatch team, focused on the U.S. logistics and transportation market. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in truck dispatch sales, excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent, and a proven ability to close deals effectively.

‎Key Responsibilities:

‎Make outbound calls to potential trucking companies and owner-operators in the USA.

‎Present and promote dispatch services to new and existing clients.

‎Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

‎Understand client needs and offer suitable dispatch solutions.

‎Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close clients confidently.

‎Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

‎Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions.

‎Requirements:

‎Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a clear American accent.

‎Proven experience in the truck dispatch or freight sales industry is a plus.

‎Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

‎Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

‎Confident, energetic, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.

‎Basic understanding of U.S. trucking and logistics operations.
