About the Role

We are looking for a
creative and skilled YouTube Video Editor
to join our team on-site in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube content styles, pacing, and storytelling, with the ability to craft engaging videos that keep viewers hooked.

You'll be working closely with our creative team to edit talking-head videos, vlogs, educational content, and other YouTube formats while ensuring the final output aligns with our brand tone and audience expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Edit YouTube videos from raw footage into polished, engaging final versions.
  • Add music, sound effects, graphics, captions, and other visual elements.
  • Maintain a consistent editing style across all videos.
  • Collaborate with the creative and scripting teams to understand the desired message and tone.
  • Implement feedback and revisions promptly.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet publishing deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, editing styles, and best practices for audience retention.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1–2 years of professional video editing experience (YouTube experience preferred).
  • Software Skills:
    Proficiency in
    Final Cut Pro
    ,
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    ,
    Adobe After Effects
    .
  • Creativity:
    Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Ability to spot and fix small errors in timing, audio, or color.
  • Communication:
    Good coordination and feedback-handling skills.
  • Availability:
    Must be able to work full-time on-site in Rawalpindi.
