𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

Hillcrest Solutions is urgently hiring a Collection Manager for one of our Chinese Telecom clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections Management, and Banking Operations, with a strong background in telecom vendor collections or the banking sector.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve company targets.

Maintain professional relationships with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Working Capital Department to resolve credit and collection concerns.

Manage booking, reconciliation, and reporting of collections and receivables in the accounting system.

Liaise with banks for collection-related matters and ensure timely fund realization.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

Coordinate with the Billing Department to improve invoicing accuracy and minimize disputes.

Handle and resolve outstanding receivables and disputed accounts.

Prepare and present monthly forecasts and performance reports to management.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Banking or Telecom Vendor Collections.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Sound understanding of commercial credit and collection laws.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
