𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the bank's collection portfolio, with a strong focus on optimizing third-party agency performance.

  • Lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing management of third-party collection agencies.

  • Manage the vendor lifecycle, including performance reviews, contract negotiations, and relationship management.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all agency-related communications and issue resolution.

  • Set rigorous KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for collection agencies.

  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis to drive recovery rates and ensure targets are met.

  • Ensure all collection activities, both internal and external, strictly adhere to - - State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and ethical standards.

  • Conduct regular audits of vendor practices to mitigate operational and reputational risk.

  • Serve as the key liaison between collection agencies, internal legal, risk, and business departments.

  • Prepare and present detailed performance and recovery reports to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 5-7 years in banking, with at least 3-4 years in collection & recovery, specifically managing third-party collection agencies and vendor relationships.

𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞: Expert-level understanding of SBP regulations, ethical collection practices, and vendor management principles.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: High proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis; strong negotiation, and vendor management abilities.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
