Job Description

We are offering an exciting Social Media & Executive Assistant role for motivated individuals who want to build their careers in corporate leadership support.

This role is a mix of content creation and executive support — perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Iberianz in Reels and short-form video content.
  • Plan and shoot engaging videos for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Support daily administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, responding to messages, and managing communication.
  • Help organize events, shoots, and brand activities.
  • Work closely with the founder/team to bring creative ideas to life.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Confident in front of the camera and active on social media.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle small administrative tasks.
  • Aware of the latest social media trends.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • No experience required — just creativity, energy, and a can-do attitude.

Experience Level

Entry-level (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Education

Bachelor's or Master's (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Language Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
