IBA Public School Sukkur is seeking a dedicated and organized Alumni Desk Officer to manage alumni relations and foster a strong network with our graduates. The role involves maintaining secure alumni records, facilitating communication, and promoting engagement through networking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Alumni Record Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate and secure alumni records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
- Networking and Communication: Initiate and manage regular communication with alumni via calls, emails, and other channels to strengthen relationships, promote events, and encourage participation in school initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to enhance alumni engagement and support school programs.
- Database Management: Utilize MS Office and other basic computer tools to manage alumni databases, track interactions, and generate reports on alumni activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school administration to develop strategies for alumni engagement and support fundraising or mentorship programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with alumni and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations for database management.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize records, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proactive, approachable, and able to build lasting relationships with alumni.
- Experience: Prior experience in alumni relations, administrative roles, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
