We are seeking a smart, dedicated, and detail-oriented Female Front Desk Officer to be the face of our tech company. The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

This role requires someone who is vigilant, proactive, and disciplined, with a strong sense of responsibility towards maintaining office standards and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors and internal staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, guests, clients, and walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and visitor logs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area at all times.
  • Handle courier dispatches and receipts, and maintain proper records.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with office staff for visitor needs.
  • Respond to front desk inquiries and route them to appropriate departments efficiently.
  • Coordinate with security and admin team for guest clearance and staff protocols.
  • Maintain daily logbooks, front desk checklists, and visitor records.
  • Support administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company protocols and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a tech or corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant, approachable demeanor.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a neat and clean environment.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and exhibit a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
