Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, located in Islamabad. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and publishing content (posts, reels, videos, stories, and graphics), and managing social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Additional responsibilities include running paid advertising campaigns, conducting hashtag research, creating SEO-optimized captions, and conducting brand awareness campaigns. The specialist will also engage with the audience and provide social media audits and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing skills
  • Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Communication
  • Experience in Marketing strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics is a plus
