- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Job Description:
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage executive-level support tasks, ensure smooth daily operations, assist in correspondence, and maintain proper documentation. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, presentable, and capable of maintaining professional confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
