About Us

RBS Associates Pvt. Ltd. is a leading valuation company providing certified and legally recognized property valuation services across Pakistan. We work with Commercial Banks, Courts, Real Estate Developers, Corporates, and Industries. We are looking for a confident and professional Personal Secretary to the CEO to manage executive tasks and ensure smooth coordination across the organization.

Job Responsibilities: Executive Assistance

  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Screen and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries
  • Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and official visits
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and company-related information

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain filing systems (digital & physical)
  • Monitor follow-ups on tasks assigned by the CEO to departments
  • Handle documentation related to property valuation reports, banking files, and court matters

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, banks, and court representatives
  • Handle professional communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Assist in client meetings, document reviews, and project updates
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks and smooth workflow

Office & Project Support

  • Manage office correspondence, courier, and recordkeeping
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and company forms
  • Support the CEO in business development and client management activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration / Management preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English + Urdu)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email Management)
  • Professional behavior, strong ethics, and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in a corporate environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of the property/real estate industries is an advantage (optional)
