Role & Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance, direction, and coaching to team members.
  • Performance Management
    : Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and recognize achievements.
  • Client Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee Day-to-day accounting execution, including bookkeeping and reporting
  • Strategic Contribution
    : Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with firm objectives and support new implementation systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education
    : ACCA, CMA, CA, Bachelor's / master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    2-4 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Skills:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Location:
Spring North Commercial, Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Job Timing:
10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Mon to Fri)
