Job Title: Logistics Associate – International Shipping (Pakistan)

Location: Remote (Pakistan) – Supporting Canada & USA operations

About Us

Master Supply Co. is a Canadian-registered premium fashion brand, specializing in leather jackets and apparel. We run a hybrid global logistics system with fulfilment in Pakistan, Canada, and the USA (via 3PL partners).

We are hiring Logistics Associates in Pakistan with proven international courier and export experience to support our shipping operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage shipping labels using UPS, DHL, and FedEx portals.
  • Handle export shipments from Pakistan including documentation, customs, and compliance.
  • Track shipments daily and resolve courier exceptions or delays.
  • Respond to customer shipping inquiries (delivery status, customs delays, returns).
  • Manage returns & exchanges: issue return labels, track inbound shipments.
  • File claims with couriers for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain daily shipment logs and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior work experience with UPS/DHL/FedEx courier portals and export shipments from Pakistan.
  • 1–3 years experience in logistics, shipping, or international courier operations.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, HS codes, and customs clearance.
  • English proficiency (written & verbal) is mandatory – daily communication with international partners/customers.
  • Excellent data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs65,000.00 per month
