Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize campaigns while also finding and acquiring clients in the USA who need digital marketing and customer support services. This includes generating leads for our call center solutions (e.g., Xfinity, Spectrum, and similar service providers) as well as for industries such as Insurance & Claims, Telecom, E-commerce, and Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential US-based clients across telecom (including Spectrum, Xfinity, and Perfect Vision), insurance, e-commerce, health insurance, and other industries.
  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other campaigns.
  • Generate and qualify leads for B2B and B2C opportunities, ensuring high-quality client acquisition.
  • Develop outreach strategies to engage and convert potential clients.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing ROI-driven reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition goals.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience in targeting USA-based clients in telecom, insurance, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
