Role Overview:
The SDR will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with potential clients. This role is focused on driving consistent growth for our GoHighLevel services and snapshots through structured outreach campaigns and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and business directories
- Run daily outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up calls)
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the sales team
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for leads generated and meetings booked
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
