Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Manager to oversee and manage the student admissions process for the North America and Australia regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application process, maintaining communication with partners and institutions, and ensuring that all admissions procedures align with company policies and international standards. The role also involves supervising the admissions team, monitoring their performance, providing training and professional development, and ensuring the team delivers consistent, high-quality support to students and partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and process student applications for North America and Australia.

* Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students on admission requirements and study options.

* Liaise with international universities, colleges, and educational partners.

* Maintain and update admission databases and records.

* Ensure compliance with institutional and regional admission policies.

Job Requirements

Education: Master's degree (minimum requirement).

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in admissions, student counseling, or international education.

Skills:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).
