Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automated solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and programming, with a keen interest in automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation workflows using RPA tools such as
    UiPath
    , Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
  • Analyze and document existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather automation requirements.
  • Develop scalable and efficient RPA solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure they meet design specifications and are ready for production deployment.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all automation projects.

Requirements:


• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and project managers to gather automation requirements, define scope, and translate manual workflows into RPA specifications.


• Design and develop scalable, secure, and reusable automation workflows using RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).


• Write clean, modular, and well-documented automation scripts, adhering to best practices, governance, and Vibe coding standards.


• Perform unit testing, debugging, and exception handling to ensure the stability and accuracy of automation solutions.


• Work with data and process owners to integrate automation workflows with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases when necessary.


• Stay updated on the latest RPA tools, AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding), and industry best practices.


• Participate in agile/scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to track progress and provide updates on project status.


• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, report issues, and address concerns in a timely manner.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization, automation, and enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in one or more RPA technologies.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an RPA Developer or similar role, with a solid understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI technologies for automation.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
