The Financial Analyst will support the insurance company's financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role is responsible for evaluating financial performance, monitoring key insurance metrics, and providing insights that guide strategic decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and management teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Its a contractual 6 months position which may be converted into a permanent role depending on candidates performance. Its an on-site role (Gulberg, Lahore), office Timings will be 9am- 6pm (monday to friday)

Responsibilities

Insurance Specific Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Develop financial models and forecasts for insurance products, premiums, claims, and investments.
  • Monitor actual results versus budgets and provide variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Certified ACCA/ CA or CFA
  • More than 3 years of experience in similar field
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and QlikView
