With growing digital operations across the UK, we're expanding our AI automation and customer experience systems by building smart, efficient, and scalable chatbot and workflow solutions.

We're now hiring in our Islamabad office (I-10) to support our UK operations through automation, AI-driven customer support, and backend process optimization.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Chatbot & Automation Developer experienced in n8n, OpenAI Agent Builder, and MCP Servers to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation workflows for our eCommerce and operations systems.

You'll be responsible for building chatbots that handle complex, customizable product queries, customer support automation, and backend process flows such as order management and complaint ticketing.

This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong understanding of no-code/low-code automation tools, API integration, and AI-based workflow design.

Key Responsibilities:

Chatbot Development & Management

Build, train, and deploy AI chatbots using n8n, OpenAI Agent Builder, and MCP Servers.

Create conversation flows that assist customers with custom product inquiries, pricing variations, add-ons, and returns/complaints.

Integrate bots into websites, CRMs, and support systems for seamless customer engagement.

Automation & Workflow Creation

Develop automation workflows for:

Customer ticketing and support management.

Order uploads and synchronization from platforms such as Amazon or Shopify.

One-click dispatch and fulfillment automation.

Implement cross-platform integrations to connect eCommerce, CRM, and ERP systems.

MCP Server Integration

Deploy and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for custom agent data retrieval and contextual intelligence.

Configure and maintain API connections, webhooks, and data pipelines for intelligent automation.

Testing, Optimization & Maintenance

Test automation flows, identify issues, and deploy stable solutions.

Continuously monitor bot performance and improve accuracy, latency, and contextual understanding.

Maintain documentation for workflows, APIs, and deployment setups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

Proven experience in:

n8n workflow automation (mandatory).

OpenAI Agent Builder / GPT-based assistants.

MCP Servers setup, integration, and deployment.

Strong understanding of API development/integration (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL).

Familiarity with JavaScript or Python scripting for logic automation.

Knowledge of eCommerce APIs (Amazon, WooCommerce, Shopify).

Experience with server deployment and maintenance (Docker, VPS, or cloud environments).

Understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Flowise.

Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI Assistants API, or RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.

Basic frontend integration for chatbot embedding (React, HTML, or widget setups).

Exposure to CRM or ERP integration workflows.

Soft Skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Strong attention to detail with proactive debugging approach.

Ability to manage multiple workflows and deliver under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).

2–4 years of experience in AI chatbot development, workflow automation, or related roles.

Demonstrated portfolio or examples of previous n8n / AI automation projects (strongly preferred).
