Alpha Digital is a fast-growing software company building high-impact digital products for international clients. We specialize in full-stack web and mobile development and AI-powered systems, including chatbots, automation pipelines, OCR-based data extraction, and enterprise intelligence platforms.

We're looking for a passionate AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between research and production, turning models and algorithms into scalable real-world products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications (LLMs, RAG pipelines, OCR, NLP, VectorDbs and automation tools).
  2. Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models via APIs into web and mobile apps.
  3. Work with developers to implement AI powered features using Python (FastAPI/Flask) or (Nest/Express).
  4. Fine-tune and train models or create custom embeddings for specific business domains.
  5. Evaluate and optimize AI performance, latency, hallucinations and cost.
  6. Collaborate with the full-stack team on data flow, model integration, and frontend interactions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI, LangChain, Vector Databases, and AI Infrastructure.

Requirements

  1. Strong command of Python, LangChain, OpenAI API, and LLM architectures.
  2. Experience with data preprocessing, embeddings, and vector databases (like Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS).
  3. Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
  4. Familiarity with OCR systems (Tesseract, AWS Textract, Google Vision API).
  5. Basic knowledge of NLP techniques, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  6. Understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) and model deployment.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver end-to-end AI features.
