  • Record and post day-to-day journal entries in the general ledger.
  • Maintain subsidiary ledgers (customers, suppliers, petty cash, advances).
  • Process and record accounts payable (AP) – invoice entry, supplier payments, expense
  • allocations.
  • Process and record accounts receivable (AR) – customer invoicing, receipts, collections
  • tracking.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash accounts on a regular basis.
  • Track accruals, prepayments, and provisions for period-end reporting.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain working papers to support all entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in tax compliance support (income tax, sales tax, withholding tax records).
  • Ensure all supporting vouchers and documents are properly filed and retrievable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs55,000.00 per month
