Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Representative

with a strong background in marketing to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and building data-driven outreach strategies to engage potential clients. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and enrich target accounts aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless, and Clay.
  • Build and manage multi-touch outbound campaigns through platforms such as Instantly, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach efforts, communications, and lead statuses in the CRM system to ensure visibility and follow-up.
  • Continuously test and refine subject lines, email copy, and workflows to improve performance metrics like open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, share campaign feedback, and improve lead quality.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive assets such as sales decks and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to keep our outreach relevant and effective
  • Should comfortable working with AI tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on outbound sales or business development experience, specifically within B2B SaaS or tech sectors.
  • Proven experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Smartlead, and Clay.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to create compelling, personalized outreach messages.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and persistent. Resilient in the face of rejection, and able to adapt quickly based on feedback and performance metrics.
