Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, oversee lead assignment, generate performance reports, and coordinate creative artwork. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign incoming leads to the relevant sales or business development team members promptly.
  • Generate, analyze, and share periodic marketing and campaign performance reports.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing collaterals, including requesting and reviewing creative artwork designs.
  • Assist in planning and implementing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and suggest improvements for better performance and ROI.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets and maintain brand guidelines across channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing data and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in a creative agency or 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, lead management, or similar roles will be considered
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
