About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven
E-commerce Business Owner Startup Expert
to lead the launch, development, and growth of our new online business venture. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building successful e-commerce operations from the ground up, with a deep understanding of digital strategy, online marketing, product sourcing, logistics, and scalable business systems.

You will take full ownership of the startup process — from business model development and market validation to platform setup, operations, and go-to-market strategy. This is an opportunity to shape and execute the entire e-commerce ecosystem for a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive
    e-commerce business plan
    including market research, target audience, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify and validate
    profitable product niches
    and suppliers or manufacturing partners.
  • Oversee
    e-commerce platform selection and setup
    (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce).
  • Design and implement a
    go-to-market strategy
    , including brand positioning, digital marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Build and optimize
    supply chain and fulfillment operations
    — from inventory management to shipping and returns.
  • Set up and manage
    payment systems
    , customer service processes, and analytics dashboards.
  • Establish
    KPIs and performance metrics
    to track business growth, marketing ROI, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, marketing teams, and external vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with
    emerging trends
    in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Drive
    scalability and automation initiatives
    for sustainable business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in
    launching and scaling e-commerce businesses
    or D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing
    , SEO/SEM, paid ads, and social media strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central
    , or similar platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of
    e-commerce analytics tools
    (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong
    financial acumen
    — budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent
    leadership, problem-solving, and project management
    skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with
