Role Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on new product development.
Solid experience in data analytics, business analytics, and business intelligence.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
Experience in analytical products is a strong plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Comfortable being the "face of the product," clearly setting and communicating product requirements.
Passionate about user experience and building delightful digital products.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in deep technical design discussions.
Proficiency with wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, etc.
Understanding of product analytics frameworks like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to enable effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Telecom networks software.
Understanding of fiber optics networks.
Familiarity with hardware equipment and related software (e.g., NMS, OTDR etc.).
Candidates with strong telecom software/network knowledge (even if not formally Product Managers/Owners) are encouraged to apply.
