Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Executive to join our team on-site at our Karachi office. The HR Executive will manage recruitment processes, implement HR policies, oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure employee satisfaction through effective employee relations, and maintain compliance with organizational policies. The role also involves coordinating between departments to ensure smooth HR practice alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR Management and HR Operations expertise
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies to align with organizational goals
  • Experience in Employee Relations and handling employee grievances
  • Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a related industry is advantageous
