3D Visualiser

Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations for interior civil projects based on architectural blueprints and designs.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to align visuals with project requirements.
- Create realistic renderings and animations to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce detailed and compelling visuals.
- Participate in design meetings and provide input on visual aspects and technical feasibility.
- Manage and maintain a library of 3D models, textures, and lighting presets.
- Ensure projects are completed within established timelines and meet the company's quality standards.
- Adapt designs and make revisions based on feedback from clients or team members.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser, preferably in civil interior projects, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as , SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design plans and translate them into immersive 3D visuals.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D visualization for civil interior projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools and team collaboration platforms is a plus.
