Job Role

We're hiring a smart and proactive Upwork Bidder to generate qualified leads on freelance platforms like Upwork. This person will play a key role in connecting us with brands that need high-converting design and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout and identify high-potential design/eCommerce projects on Upwork daily
  • Write and submit tailored, persuasive proposals that match Growkees' tone and services
  • Collaborate with our strategy/design team to ensure proposals are accurate and impactful
  • Manage follow-ups and client communication in a professional manner
  • Track performance metrics (response rate, conversions, project value)
  • Maintain and improve proposal templates for higher success rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder (preferably with a creative or marketing agency)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon/eCommerce services (listings, A+, Shopify, packaging, marketing)
  • Excellent written English with persuasive copywriting skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, CRM systems
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and able to work independently

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the Amazon FBA / private label space
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium10, DataDive, or similar
  • Previous success in closing $1k+ deals on Upwork

Working Hours & Job Type

  • Remote role
  • Timings: Two available slots:
  • 10 AM – 7 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
  • 7 PM – 3 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
  • Candidates may apply for either slot based on their availability.
