Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Rewards will support the development, implementation, and management of the company's compensation and rewards programs. This role involves analyzing compensation data, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness, and contributing to employee engagement through reward strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive schemes, and recognition programs.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to review and recommend salary adjustments and rewards.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the administration of annual salary reviews, bonuses, and other reward programs.
- Assist in communicating compensation policies and programs to employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies related to compensation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding rewards and compensation metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reward strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, rewards, or related HR function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Knowledge of compensation structures, market benchmarking, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS/compensation software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar.
