Spot Blitz is looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
who's bold, imaginative, and thrives in fast-paced environments. We want someone who doesn't just design — but
tells stories visually
, experiments fearlessly, and brings concepts to life that make people stop scrolling.

As part of our creative team, you'll work closely with strategists, performance marketers, and brand managers to create impactful visuals for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design concepts for digital and social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate briefs into visually stunning ideas.
  • Work hands-on with content creation, visual storytelling, and ad creatives.
  • Adapt quickly to feedback and brand directions while maintaining originality.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and motion techniques.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring bold, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years
    of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital or agency setups.
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop
    ,
    Adobe Illustrator
    , and
    Adobe Premiere
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AI design tools
    such as
    NanoBanana
    or other generative design platforms.
  • Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of composition and typography.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines without compromising creativity.
  • A

    with adaptability, open-mindedness, and a drive for excellence.
