Job Purpose:

The Manager Security will be responsible for ensuring effective security management across the organization. The role requires a disciplined professional with a defense background who can oversee all aspects of security operations, project management, and security-related documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, implement, and supervise all security measures for company facilities, personnel, and assets.

  2. Monitor and manage security operations, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response protocols.

  3. Maintain and update all security-related records, reports, and documentation.
  4. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of security procedures.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements in security systems.
  6. Supervise security staff and ensure proper training and discipline.
  7. Provide regular security reports to management.
  8. Assist in project management activities related to operations and security.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Retired Major / Lt Cdr from Pakistan Army, Navy, or PAF.

  2. Minimum 25 years of service in defense forces (mandatory).

  3. Must be in Medical Category A.
  4. Service Record Book to be presented at the time of interview.
  5. Strong knowledge of security management practices and operational protocols.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  7. Experience in project management and security-related record keeping.
  8. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
