Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a COCO Officer located in Lahore. The COCO Officer will oversee Company Owned, Company Operated (COCO) site, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include monitoring and managing site operations, staff supervision, inventory control, and implementing health and safety protocols. The COCO Officer will also facilitate customer service excellence and drive initiatives for increasing revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience in site operations management and staff supervision
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and health and safety standards
- Skills in inventory control and sales target achievement
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using technology for operational management and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the energy or oil marketing sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
