Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the
    vision, strategy, and roadmap
    for an AI-powered recruitment platform.
  • Lead end-to-end
    product development
    : specs, backlog, feature prioritization, delivery.
  • Implement
    AI-driven features
    (candidate matching, parsing, chatbots, workflow automation).
  • Collaborate with the
    CEO and consultants
    to align with real-world hiring needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in
    CS, HR, or Business Administration
    .
  • 4 - 6 years
    hands-on experience with
    ATS/talent solutions platforms
    , from
    scratch to launch
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    AI/ML integration, ATS, CRMs, and recruitment automation
    .
  • Ability to manage the
    full product lifecycle
    independently in a lean setup.
  • Familiarity with
    agile methods
    (Scrum/Kanban); software house experience preferred.
