Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Develop creative ad copies, visuals, and audience strategies.
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and content scheduling across all social channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes on Meta and Google.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager is a plus
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
