The Investments Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing real estate investment opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills to maximize returns and minimize risks across a diverse real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement real estate investment strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify high-potential investment opportunities.

Financial Analysis & Due Diligence:

  • Prepare detailed financial models, ROI analyses, and cash flow projections for potential investments.
  • Perform due diligence on properties, projects, and investment partners.
  • Evaluate project risks and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee existing real estate investments, monitoring performance, returns, and compliance with objectives.
  • Recommend portfolio adjustments and divestment strategies when necessary.

Acquisition & Negotiation:

  • Lead end-to-end acquisition processes, including deal sourcing, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Liaise with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Present investment proposals and performance reports to senior management and board members.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay abreast of property market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic indicators affecting investments.
  • Provide insights on emerging markets and new asset classes for potential expansion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certification (CFA, RICS, CAIA, or similar) is an advantage.
  • 6–10 years of experience in investment management, real estate acquisitions, or property portfolio management, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
  • Proven track record in evaluating and executing profitable real estate deals.
  • Strong understanding of property valuation, financial modeling, and market analytics.
