Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Islamabad. The Sales Manager will conduct day-to-day tasks including overseeing sales activities, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferable
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
