The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for managing and ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the building by supervising the housekeeping staff (sweepers, custodians, and maintenance helpers). Duties include:

  • Supervising and coordinating housekeeping/custodial staff on daily cleaning tasks.
  • Inspecting offices, common areas, restrooms, and building surroundings to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Assigning duties and schedules to staff and monitoring their performance.
  • Ensuring availability and proper use of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Addressing and resolving staff or tenant complaints related to cleanliness.
  • Training and guiding housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
  • Reporting maintenance needs and coordinating with management for repairs.
  • Maintaining attendance, duty rosters, and staff discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
