Responsiblities:


• Responsible for keeping timely records and accurate reports on retail operations.


• Administer staff activity and ensure staff adheres to the company's standards.


• Ensure that customer services and housekeeping standards are always maintained.


• Making the employees' schedule, training new staff, administering daily activities, and handling issues between employees and customers.


• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.


• Recruit new employees and handle the interview process.


• Work on merchandising and displaying products to help boost sales in terms of lubricants and NFR facilities.


• Prepare a monthly budget and set goals.


• Determine stock to order based on previous sales, control expenses, and avoid waste.


• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase sales of petroleum products onsite

Requirement:


• Bachelor's in business administration Or Similar


• 1–2 years in customer-facing roles


• Strong station & team management


• Customer-focused & proactive


• Ethical, responsible, and dependable


• Skilled in conflict handling & decision-making


• Able to lead and manage operational staff effectively
